Where do you currently ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, APO or FPO addresses free of charge. We can ship outside of the United States however, for an additional shipping charge. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
How much does a OLIA BOX subscription cost?
There are three monthly subscription options:
Monthly subscription choices are $25 (2-3 Jewelry Pieces), $35 (3-4 Jewelry Pieces) or $45 (4-5 Jewelry Pieces) and are non-refundable but you are authorized for one exchange a year.

Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees. All you have to pay is your monthly subscription fee and this includes shipping charge. NOTE: Shipping varies for all residents outside the US. 

Do you accept all cards? Are you adding more payment types?
We currently accept all major credits including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept debit cards and prepaid credit cards.

ORDER & SHIPPING

Do I have to order my OLIABOX every month?
No. Your OLIABOX subscription renews itself automatically every month, so there is no need to order each month. However, you may cancel at any time.

What if I’d like to order a OLIA BOX for one month ONLY?
You may order a box as a ONE TIME purchase or by either subscribing to your desired tiered box and placing your account on hold after the first month. You also have the option to purchase a Gift Box. This will only be charged ONE time. 

Can I skip a month?
Simply log into your account and place your subscription service on hold until you are ready for more jewelry!

When can I expect my first shipment?
Our Boxes ship from the West coast with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days from the date your order was placed. We do our best to shipping packages sooner than the days provided. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once available. 

When is the payment taken out of my account?
For monthly subscriptions, payment is taken out for your first Box when you initially subscribe. For subsequent Boxes, you will automatically be charged the day of your initial subscription. Example, you signed up on Jan 1st. Your payment will be charge every 1st of each month. 

What happens if I don't have enough money to pay on the day you charge my account?
If you are a OLIABOX member, we will attempt to charge your account on the day the payment is due. If the card declines you will be notified and will not be shipped a box until the payment is processed.

When will my OLIABOX ship?
OLIABOX will begin shipping 10-15 business days from the day your payment was processed. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once available.

Will I be able to track my shipment?
Yes! We will email you your tracking number once available. This tracking number can be entered at usps.com for shipment information and status updates.

Can I return my OLIABOX for a exchange?
We offer ONE swap a box on a yearly subscription. If for some reason you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of receiving your jewelry, send back the unworn items for a box swap. No questions or hassles! We want you to be happy! 

Do I have to pay for shipping?
No - shipping is free to all residents wihin the US. Residents outside the US will be charged according to their shipping destination. You will only pay for shipping on swap a boxes when you send back your box. 
When do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping applies to all orders over $25.00. Only available in the continental United States.
What are my shipping options?
We offer shipments through United States Postal Service (USPS). 
How are shipping charges calculated? 
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.

MY OLIABOX

Where is My Account/how do I access it?
You can access your account by signing in to your account on www.oliabox.com and selecting "My Account" or “Log In” on the top right hand side of the page.

How do I change my billing/delivery address?
To change your shipping and/or billing address please log into your account and update your information. 
How do I change the answers to my Style Preferences? Please email stylist@oliabox.com with the changes you'd like to make. And if their are specific styles that you are looking for please also be specific about that as well. 
How can I upgrade/downgrade my Olia Box (i.e. from $25 to $35 subscription)? It's simple! Just log into your account and select the option you'd like to upgrade/downgrade to. 

Can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your monthly recurring subscription at any time; however your first shipment cannot be canceled and is non-refundable.

How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription please log into your account and cancel your subscription.

What should I do if a jewelry piece is missing or damaged?
If your jewelry has arrived damaged/missing please email us at customerservice@oliabox.com. Please include the word damage or missing in the subject of your email, along with an image of the damaged item, as this will help to expedite your request.

I am allergic to certain products. What should I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate for allergies. However, we seek to choose products that are safe and lead-free for use by the majority of customers.

Why can't I log into my account?
